Advantage Member

This Advantage Member Agreement gives you priority status to move to The Summit and allows you to enjoy the benefits of the Advantage Member as follows:

One complimentary meal in The Summit dining room with prior reservations (per quarter for household).
Additional meals in The Summit dining room with prior reservations at established rates.
Use of the common areas within The Summit with prior reservations and at established rates (if any).
Participation in planned events and programs provided by The Summit at established rates (if any).
Additional three months of Health Care Benefit ($500 per month per person after occupancy at The Summit).
